Standard Shipping – R 150.00 (Ex VAT)
Once payment reflects in our bank account your delivery will arrive at your chosen location within 2-5 working
days. Orders are only dispatched once payment reflects. Fixology cannot be held responsible for delays
resulting from your Bank.

Please be advised that the days specified are business days and do not include weekends,

• Remote Areas(areas located in an isolated location, far from major cities or towns)

Couriers tend to visit remote areas on particular days of the week so once your order is confirmed we’ll
dispatch and it can take anywhere between 3-7 working days.

DEVICES BOOKED IN FOR REPAIRS

• Customer is responsible to courier items to and from our workshop in Seapoint, Cape Town at their
own costs, please ensure you have the necessary transportation insurance as Fixology will not be
liable for any damage or losses to devices during the logistically process.

7 Days Exchange and Refund Policy

We will refund or exchange most goods if you return them within 7 days of purchase at customers cost,
provided:

• it is in its original packaging and condition, including all attachments, accessories and documentation;
• it is unused

Fixology cannot be held responsible for any malfunction of drones once customer installed part purchased as it
is done at customers own risk.

Fixology reserves the right to cancel an order for which payment has already been received. This may occur if
stock is insufficient or the quality of goods ordered does not meet Fixology standards. Should Fixology exercise
this right, the customer will receive a full refund within a 7-14 day period

Fixology reserves the right to change this policy and update when necessary.
