EASY REPAIR PROCESS

  1. Book in your DJI Device for assessment using our repair portal.”Click here” or kindly email admin@fixology.co.za
  2. A service administrator will contact you within 24-48 hrs with further instructions.
  3. Package your Device safely and securely and courier to Fixology Workshop in Seapoint. It is advisable that the customer insures the contents of their package.
  4. Our Drone Team experts will assess your device and provide you with the necessary quotations for out of warranty repairs.
  5. Using your assigned Job Card number please accept or reject the quote. Kindly note rejection fee applies should you decide not go ahead with the repair. Rejection Fee is R 550.00 (Ex VAT)
  6. Once Quote is accepted, please send through Proof of payment in order for repair work to commence.
  7. TAT for repair after payment is normally 1-2 days however is dependant on parts availability.
  8. Confirmation will be sent that your device is ready for collection.
